To schedule a party, call the office at 325-692-5730.  
We book up early, so call to reserve your party at least 8-10 weeks in advance.  
A $50 is due at the time of reserving your party.  

 

 

 

ALL PARTIES

• Start on the floor for 1 hour of supervised play time

• Last 30 minutes are in party room for refreshments & opening gifts

• Coach to Children ratio (ages 2-18) 1:10 = minimum 2 coaches

• $50 deposit is due at the time of booking party

• Balance is due at the time of party.

Our parties do overlap.  While one is ending in the party room, another is starting on the floor. 
 

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your party start time, and a GSC staff member will direct you to your designated area.  Approximately 30 minutes into play time, a GSC staff member will assist the host family in setting up the party room for your refreshment and gift time.  

 

Please end your party promptly, as there will often be another party after yours, and our coaches will need time to clean up.

PARTY COSTS:  are based on the amount of time scheduled & the number of children attending.

 1-20  2 coaches          $175                $225               $275

21-30  3 coaches         $195                $245               $295

31-40  4 coaches         $215                $265               $315

We ask you to call us  by 3:00 the Wednesday prior to your party to confirm how many children
you expect at the party, so we can schedule the correct coaches.
If there are more children than you scheduled for, there will be $5 charge per extra child.

PAYMENT:  Your party fee balance is due the day of the party.  We accept  checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit card, or Cash in the exact amount.
     

The Gymnastics Sport Center will provide coaches, refrigerator with freezer, picnic tables & clean-up. 
The party host will provide invitations, refreshments, paper goods, and decorations. 
GSC information will be given to each party guest.

CANCELLATIONS: If a party is canceled less than 2 weeks prior, the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
